Kyle, you have mostly completed the assignment which includes: Demonstrating you can use the protocols, use the Grey scale and blur the background using the quick mask mode. This only looks like a greyscale though. It was supposed to be a duotone image. Also, you could have softened it a little more around the edges of the person.
